Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter

2 cups chicken broth
2 cups milk

1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions:
1. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, thyme, basil, oregano, and garlic powder.
2. Gradually stir in chicken broth and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
3. Add clams, tomatoes, onion, celery, bell pepper, and parsley. Cook for 10 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
4. Serve chowder in bowls.
Clams Casino
Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup milk
1 (6.5 ounce) can minced clams, drained
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, thyme, basil, oregano, and garlic powder.
3. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
4. Add clams, Parmesan cheese, and green onions. Cook for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
5. Pour mixture into a 9×9 inch baking dish.
6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
